Banksia repens, the Creeping Banksia

Acacia aphylla Mimosaceae

Conospermum triplinervium Tree Smokebush

Very hardy and suits many soils, Tree Smokebush makes a statement grown en-mass or by its self, keeping it’s shape well and responding to some pruning.
Eucalyptus pulverulenta — Silver-leaved Mountain Gum

There are many Australian native plants that can be pruned, coppiced and trained to make the most of their fabulous foliage. I hope you have fun exploring them – let me know what Australian natives are your favorites?
